1 Acceptance of Terms

By joining the MyLuckySign waitlist, receiving content via email or Telegram, or accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, located in the United States or Canada, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2 Nature of Content — AI Generation & Astrology

All horoscope readings, cosmic insights, and related content delivered by MyLuckySign are:

• AI-generated — produced by artificial intelligence models trained on Western astrology traditions. They are not written by human astrologers.
• Potentially inaccurate — AI can and does make mistakes. Readings may contain errors, inconsistencies, or content that does not reflect your personal circumstances.
• Based on Western astrology — using the tropical zodiac and sun-sign system. Results are interpretive in nature, not scientific or empirically verified.
• For entertainment and personal reflection only — content should be treated as you would a personal opinion or creative reflection, not authoritative guidance.

3 No Professional Advice

MyLuckySign does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. No content delivered through our platform — including but not limited to horoscope readings, cosmic forecasts, or energy guidance — should be interpreted as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that materially affect your life.

4 Your Data & Email Address

When you join the MyLuckySign waitlist, you provide your email address and zodiac sign. Here is how we handle it:

• Your email address is stored in an encrypted database. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
• We will use your email solely to send you MyLuckySign horoscope readings and product updates.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Your country (derived from your IP address at signup) is stored to confirm US & Canada eligibility. No precise location is recorded.
• We do not collect phone numbers under any circumstances.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will permanently remove your record within 30 days.

5 Email & Telegram Communications

By providing your email address, you expressly consent to receive emails from MyLuckySign, including daily horoscope readings and service announcements. All emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Telegram delivery is entirely optional and requires a separate, explicit opt-in through our Telegram bot. You may opt out of Telegram messages at any time by messaging the bot directly.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyLuckySign and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on AI-generated content
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in horoscope readings
• Decisions made based on content received from MyLuckySign
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to MyLuckySign in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $5.00 USD, whichever is greater.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

MyLuckySign is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Western astrology readings are inherently interpretive and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the MyLuckySign platform — including AI-generated horoscope text, design, and logo — are the intellectual property of MyLuckySign. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any content without prior written permission.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email where possible.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. For Canadian users, applicable Canadian law applies in addition to the above.
